The revised pools for the 2026 KCB Met 7s have been confirmed ahead of the one-day tournament set for Saturday, July 4, at the KCB Sports Club, Ruaraka.
Hosts KCB Rugby headline Pool A alongside KRU championship side Mean Machine, NYS Eagles and Ngong Warriors. Pool B features KU Blak Blad, Homeboyz rfc, Zetech Oaks and Northern Suburbs.
In Pool C, Daystar Falcons will battle CUEA Monks, USIU Martials and co-hosts Stingerz rfc, while Pool D comprises recently promoted Kenya cup outfit Mwamba RFC, JKUAT Cougars, Makueni and Kabete Stallions.
