The pools for the second edition of Ruff N Tuff 7s have been confirmed, setting up an exciting battle among eight community clubs ahead of this weekend’s tournament at Ngong Racecourse.
Pool A features defending champions Strathmore Leos, who will begin their title defence against familiar rivals and hosts Nondescripts, Kenya Harlequins and Blak Blad in what promises to be a highly competitive group.
Last year’s finalists Mwamba RFC headline Pool B, where they will face Nakuru RFC, Impala RFC and Daystar Falcons in a challenging path to the knockout stages.
The tournament continues to establish itself as an important platform for clubs to fine-tune their squads ahead of the National Sevens Circuit which kicks off on 25th in Nakuru with fans expected to witness high-intensity matches throughout the weekend.
Strathmore Leos were crowned champions of the inaugural Ruff N Tuff 7s tournament after a 21-5 victory over Mwamba RFC and they will be keen to defend their title.
