The pools for the second edition of the Juja 7s have been unveiled, with several of Kenya’s top university and club sides set to battle for honours in what promises to be another thrilling weekend of rugby sevens action at JKUAT grounds on Saturday and Sunday.
Defending champions Zetech return to defend the title they won in the inaugural edition last year and headline Pool B alongside Suburbs, Kiambu and USIU.
Hosts JKUAT will spearhead Pool A, where they face KU Blak Blad, MKU Thika and Hawk in a competitive opening group.
Pool C features Kenya cup outfit KCB RFC, Kabete Stallions, Makueni and PBUEA, while Pool D comprises KRU championship side CUEA, Machine, Homeboyz and little known Gachie.
Menengai Oilers headline Pool E and will face KCB Cubs, KCA and Blizzards as they seek to make a strong statement in the tournament.
