The pools for the 2026 KCB MET 7s have been unveiled ahead of the one-day tournament scheduled for Saturday at the KCB Sports Club in Nairobi.
The competition hosted by KCB RFC and Stingerz will bring together 16 teams from clubs, universities and community sides, offering a crucial opportunity for teams to fine-tune their preparations ahead of the National Sevens Circuit which kicks off on 25th July in Nakuru.
Hosts KCB Rugby headline Pool A, where they will face Homeboyz RFC, Kabete Stallions and JKUAT Cougars in what promises to be a competitive group.
Pool B features Daystar Falcons, KU Blakblad, Makueni Ravens and USIU Eagles.
In Pool C, Catholic Monks, Zetech, NYS and Mean Machine will battle for a place in the knockout rounds, while Pool D pits Kenya Harlequins against Mwamba RFC, Stingerz Rugby and Northern Suburbs.
