Match Day 5 of the Nationwide League delivered big wins, shutouts, and strong statements from teams across all regions. The standout performance came from the Stallion, who produced the highest score of the round, overpowering Eagles Rugby 116–03 in a one-sided Nairobi Community clash.
In the Nairobi Universities category, KCA University impressed with a 57–0 victory over Presbyterian University, while Mean Machine II also kept a clean sheet, beating Kabete Polytechnic 29–0. AP Warriors dominated Multimedia University 76–3, and Cooperative University edged Kenya Police in a tight 16–15 match. Machakos University also enjoyed a strong outing with a 38–17 win over MKU Nairobi.
The Nairobi Community saw more strong displays as Rongai Morans defeated Rugby On the Road 52–10, Ngong RFC beat Masaku Rugby 33–0, and Makueni swept Kulabu 28–0. Stingers claimed a close 27–22 win over Northern Suburbs.
In the Central region Kenya Prisons (46–5) and Kiambu Rugby (47–0) delivered confident wins, while Embu RFC and Chuka University played out a 15–15 draw. Olive Rugby and Meru RFC also secured important victories.
The Rift Valley matches brought more intensity, with UoE Trojans beating Eldoret RFC 55–10. University of Kabianga, EldoPoly Community, Kitale Polytechnic and Kabarak University all walked away with wins.
In the Western region, Sigalagala NP, Bungoma RFC and Vihiga Granites all posted strong results, while Mbale RFC narrowly lost to Kaimosi TTC. The Nyanza region recorded several clean sheets, with Transmara Kilgoris, Rongo, Siaya and Kisii Poly all winning comfortably. At the Coast, Kilifi Titans claimed a 28–0 victory, while other fixtures were postponed or abandoned.
