Head Coach Kevin Wambua has named a strong 12-man squad for the 2025 Safari Sevens tournament, set for 10-12 October at the Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi.
The squad features a mix of experienced internationals and exciting young talent as Shujaa look to reclaim the prestigious Safari 7s title on home soil.
Captain Samuel Asati and co-captain George Ooro will lead the charge, supported by stalwarts Vincent Onyala, Patrick Odongo, and Dennis Abukuse, all of whom played key roles in Kenya’s qualification for the 2025 World Sevens Series.
The squad includes youngsters Gabriel Ayimba, Nygel Amaitsa, and Jackson Siketi from Kabras. Christian Ojwang, Floyd Wabwire, Festus Shiasi, and William Mwanji, complete the lineup.
