Former champions KCB Rugby Club have unveiled a powerful matchday squad ahead of their match day three Kenya Cup encounter at home to the Strathmore Leos, with skipper Felix Ojow set to marshal the side from the back of the scrum.
Ojow, who continues to be a pillar for the bankers, anchors a back row that also features the industrious George Ooro at seven and new kid Joseph Wanjala at blindside.
Up front, Patrick Ouko, Fidel Maina, and Wilhite Mususi form a solid front row tasked with setting the tone in the physical exchanges. Andycole Omollo and Winston Macharia pair up in the second row, giving KCB plenty of size and mobility in the engine room.
At half-back, the experienced Samuel Asati links up with Brian Wahinya in a combination that promises tempo and creativity. The midfield pairing of Tyson Juma and Kenya 7s star Vincent Onyala adds stability and power in both attack and defence.
On the wings, Branton Lusisia and Mike Wekesa will take charge while Elvis Namusasi takes charge of the fullback jersey.
The substitutes’ bench includes notable impact options such as James Ochieng, Thomas Okidia, Nelson Nyandat, Clyde Kimaya, Bram Kilwake, Jenkins Kipruto, Mike Kimwele, and Austine Sikuwta, giving KCB depth across all departments.
