Kenya Cup giants KCB RFC have unveiled a formidable matchday squad ahead of their second-round clash against Kisumu RFC in Kisumu, with captain Felix Ojow set to marshal a seasoned and powerful lineup.
The Bankers head into the fixture full of confidence, sitting top of the standings with five points after their ruthless 87–05 dismantling of Impala last weekend.
Under the guidance of head coach and former Kenya Sevens star Andrew Amonde, KCB have once again opted for experience and structure, especially in the forward pack.
The front row of Patrick Ouko, Fidel Maina, and Collins Oduor promises stability at scrum time, while the lock pairing of Emmanuel Silungi and Winston Macharia offers power, and reliability in the lineout.
Skipper Felix Ojow anchors the back row alongside Joseph Wanjala and Bramwel Kilwake, forming a dynamic loose trio.
In the backs, Shujaa ace Samuel Asati starts at scrum-half, combining with fly-half Elvis Namusasi in a half-back pairing.
The midfield sees speedy Floyd Wabwire link up with Mike Kimwele, while the back three features Festus Shiasi, Mike Wekesa, and Davis Nyaundi who are set to provide pace, balance, and finishing power.
