KCB Rugby Club have named a formidable 23-man squad ahead of their Kenya Cup Week Nine showdown against Menengai Oilers set for Saturday at the ASK Nakuru Showgrounds, with kick-off slated for 4:00 PM.
The bankers, who remain firmly in the hunt for top spot in the standings will be looking to secure a crucial away victory against a resilient Oilers side on their home turf.
Up front, Nick Okullo anchors the scrum at loosehead prop, with Fidel Maina at hooker and Wilhite Mususi completing the front row. The second row has a pairing of John Aswani and Andycolle Omollo , while the back row sees Elvis Olukusi, George Ooro, and Sheldon Kahi combine for what promises to be a high-work-rate trio in both attack and defence.
At halfback, Kenya 7s captain Samuel Asati starts at scrum-half and will link up with fly-half Brian Wahinya, who will be tasked with game management and territorial control in what is expected to be a tightly contested encounter.
